Machineseeker Becomes New Lead Partner Of Snooker’s German Masters

WST is delighted to announce Machineseeker.com, the leading marketplace for used machinery, as the new lead partner of the German Masters world ranking event.

The Machineseeker German Masters will take place from January 27 to February 2, 2025, at the iconic Tempodrom in Berlin, widely recognised as one of the best venues on snooker’s global tour.

The tournament will feature 64 of the world’s top players and reach a worldwide audience via Eurosport, discovery+, and other international broadcasters. Last season, world number one Judd Trump claimed the title, defeating China’s Si Jiahui in a thrilling final.

Machineseeker and the Group’s other brands Maschinensucher.de, TruckScout24.com, Werktuigen.com, Gebrauchtmaschinen.de and Used-Machines.com make up Europe’s number one platform for immediately available machinery, used commercial vehicles as well as recreational vehicles, attracting over fifteen million buyers per month.

WST Chief Commercial Officer Peter Wright says: “Machineseeker is a fantastic brand to work with as they have a huge European customer base, and with our massive popularity across the continent it is an ideal fit. The Machineseeker German Masters is a prestigious and historic event having been staged every year since 2011 and won by many of the all-time greats. When the Tempodrom in the heart of Berlin is packed with 2.500 fans, there is no atmosphere like it and I am sure it will be a thrill for the Machineseeker team to experience this for the first time.”

Sven Schmidt, Chief Marketing Officer of the Machineseeker Group, adds: “We are proud to join the snooker family for the first time, especially as they have such a huge reach on broadcasters such as Eurosport. This partnership will introduce Machineseeker and our leading brands to millions of new customers worldwide. The German Masters is a huge tournament, and we are excited to enjoy it live and discover more about snooker’s worldwide appeal.”
