NEW MEMBERS OF IPC ATHLETES' COUNCIL ELECTED

Two new members of the IPC Athletes’ Council have been elected: Birgit Skarstein of Norway (Para Cross-Country Skiing) and Joshua Peter Dueck of Canada (Para Alpine Skiing), with a third position still to be filled. They will serve for four years.
